Tuesday, June 17th, 2008Oia, a village the north end of the island of Santorini is considered one of the best places in the world to view a beautiful sunset. So, this seemed the best location on the island. Be prepared for a bit of a trek to get to your hotel though. After a 45 minute taxi ride, which could only be described as a close re-enactment of ‘The Italian Job’, you arrive at the village square.
