IMPORTANT NOTICE: We have received a large number of calls requesting advice on what to do following their experience during the recent Volcano Travel Crisis.  We have today (3/5/10) published our guide on how to deal with the aftermath of the Volcano Travel Crisis.  This is a generic guide and is based around the many calls and experiences we have received on this issue.  We recommend that if you have been affected by the Crisis, that you read, consider and take action that is appropriate to your situation.  If following this guide, you have further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

HolidayTravelWatch will not pay for letters with insufficient postage.  The Post Office will be asked to return it to you for your attention.
