We sometimes receive complaints from holidaymakers about the standard of hotels, or from holidaymakers who have suffered harrassment, sexual assault or inappropriate behaviour. The majority of complaints concern the quality of food, hygiene standards, the quality of water, the state of swimming pools, sewage smells, poor plumbing, and of course the range of illness experienced on these holidays, for example Salmonella, Shigella, Cryptosporidium, serious gastric problems and of course – so called Norovirus!
