Tendering for HolidayTravelWatch
HolidayTravelWatch has worked alongside many solicitors over many years. It provides assistance where it can, to assist those solicitors dealing with their client’s holiday claims.
Each year, HolidayTravelWatch invites Tenders for work relating to personal injury and accident claims. HolidayTravelWatch is licensed by the Ministry of Justice for Referral work; our license number is CRM2162. All issues relating to our referral work is fully declared on this website.
The Tendering process usually commences in the January of any given year and is usually completed by the March of that year. During the Tendering process, serious and objective consideration is given to all Tenders received.
It is unusual for a campaigning organisation to raise its funding in this manner. However, the decision to do so has ensured the continuation of the campaigning activities of HolidayTravelWatch.
If you are interested in registering an interest for Tendering, we would invite you to register that interest by no later than 31 December in any given year. Regrettably, by the time the initial letter confirming the process has begun (usually mid-January), late applications cannot be accepted for that given year.

HTW has noted that amongst the submissions to the Committee on Toxicity (COT) it has been suggested that the symptoms highlighted by crew and passengers were akin to the condition of hyperventilation.
HTW has for many years received reports from concerned holiday makers or independent travellers as to the safety of their aircraft, ship or boat, train or road transport.
