I holiday at Royal Park for 2 wekks in July with my family. I need some advise on my next move on a catalogue of complaints and illnesses.

I have wrote direct to the tour operator with supporting evidence in regards to the complaints that spoilt our holiday.

They offered me £190.00 in vouchers, which I took as a standard response. I rejected these vouchers and sent them back with a covering letter. They replied with NO FURTHER ACTION.

Our family of 6 along with another family of 7 stayed at this hotel in July, with everyone becoming ill some time, Two of the children had to be put on drips and there was not a day after day 3 when one or more of us had to stay in our rooms. Bearing in mind this is an All inclusive resort which is no-where near anywhere else then we had no choice but to stay and eat there - surely First choice have an obligation to ensure that the food provided is to adequate standard? We witnessed very poor examples of food hygiene int he Restuarant.
Since returning home we have sent 4 letters of complaint each with every response being a ’standard’ reply (we know this as they are sending the same letter to both parties). They have been completely ignoring the specific points and questions we have asked to have answered and to date have failed to address anything. We were advised to write to their Legal Dept (which is the same address as their customer services !) but have had no response from this area.
